Anne Cheshire SEP, MINMH, is a trauma therapist based in Edinburgh and has been using Somatic Experiencing in her work since 2006, having trained in SE with Raja Selvam in London.
She has been a teacher, interpreter, has run art galleries and exercise studios, and has been a trauma therapist since 2006. She has been a myofascial release trainer and is a medical herbalist. In her spare time she works towards certificates at the Royal School of Needlework.
She works one-to-one with clients suffering from the effects of complex trauma or overwhelm, in business as well as in their home lives, as well as providing supported online programmes for those with trauma-affected backgrounds wishing to take the next steps in life.
