Katye Coe – Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and AIT
Initial Therapeutic Education
Awarding Body: BRCP - British Register of Complementary Practitioners
Primary Modality: Skinner Releasing Technique.
I believe that every body has the capacity for greater ease, resilience and to expand, through this work, to live more fully. I work in careful dialogue with each client. And with the understanding that this gentle work will support each individual on a therapeutic path that can suit their capacity and their specific preferences and journey.
I have been practising as a professional dancer and movement facilitator for 25 years and I qualified as an SEP in 2023. I have worked as a personal mentor for more than a decade and began integrating this with Somatic Experiencing in 2021. I have taught extensively in university, community and professional settings. I am currently an AIT (assistant in training) for the London cohort of Somatic Experiencing students 2024-2027.
I work online and in person (Hebden Bridge and Manchester) and can offer system regulation work in group settings on invitation. I can integrate nature connection processes and tools if appropriate to a client’s journey.
Please contact me by text or email for a free introductory call.
I am qualified to teach Skinner Releasing Technique and have completed both Walk of life Trainings with Helen Poynor. I also co-facilitate KinshipWorkshop, nature connection workshops since 2017.
