I am interested in how we build resilience ,and ways to support our nervous systems to manage stress, resolve trauma and show up fully present in our lives, in ways that bring joy and meaning.
I have a special interest in supporting people who recognise the impact that childhood or early life events are still having on their lives today – the embodied, often unconscious responses to these events may be influencing how they think, how they behave, the symptoms they experience, or their relationships, in ways that are not wanted.
If it feels like there is a disconnect between what you want in life. and what shows up, or you have experienced developmental and relational trauma, I will work with you using a range of somatic and other approaches to gain understanding of what your body wants you to know, so that you can make greater sense of what you really need, and untangle what is holding you back.
I also support people with:
-
bereavement, grief and loss (with a special interest in adults bereaved as children)
-
healing difficult feelings and emotions
- difficulties in personal relationships
-
stress, burnout, anxiety and exhaustion
-
navigating life in a neurotypical world as a neurodiverse person
I bring training and experience in integrative counselling (humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic and transpersonal approaches) coaching, parts work and embodiment. I am also an experienced ADHD and neurodiversity specialist, having supported over 300 neurodiverse clients. All of these different elements weave together as part of the space that I hold for my clients.
I am also an EMDR practitioner, grief coach, mindfulness teacher and breathworker, and may bring elements of these into the sessions where appropriate.
Sessions last 50 minutes and cost £80.
