I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I offer face to face and online SE integrated with psychotherapy or SE on its own. My approach to therapy is concerned with listening deeply to the individual in a way that values them and what they are bringing.
I work within the professional guidelines of UKCP and BACP.
