I have been exploring the worlds of art, healing and spirituality for the past 20 years. I have an MA in Cultural Studies from Wrocław University in Poland, and pursued a career as an actor and physical actor/mime, working in theatre, TV and film both in Poland and the UK.

Between acting projects I learned and practised Holistic Massage (ITEC) and Lomi Lomi Hawaiian body work. I have been studying energy work and shamanic practices with various teachers, and have studied Zen Buddhism, Christian mysticism  and other meditation techniques for many years.

My personal trauma healing began when I found SE, which completely transformed my life. I finished my SE training in October 2021 and became a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. I am also using Brainspotting eye work in my practice as well as Internal Family Systems Therapy Level2 (IFS). I am interested and learning about generational trauma legacy ( ancestral trauma passed from generation to generation)  in our nervous system , this subject fascinates me which brought me to IOPT ( Identity Oriented PsychoTrauma Therapy founded by Franz Rupert) which is an intention constellation work  being born out  out of  Hellinger’s Family Constellation Therapy .

I am in training of  NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model) and  NeuroAffectiveTouch , modalities which help to transform relational and early developmental trauma.

 I work with artists/performers on their performing issues to help them to unblock their creativity, and I am a queer therapist  I work within the LGBTQAI+ community and general trauma and stress issues. I also do some of my therapeutic work in Poland and I am a member of Polish Somatic Experiencing Association and Somatic Experiencing International Association.

I work online and in my new therapy office in West London – (Creighton Centre , 378 Lillie Rd, SW6 7PH, London). The closest tube station is in Hammersmith , also  overground in West Brompton . I offer my sessions in English and Polish.

I am a director on the board of Somatic Experiencing UK and I assist Somatic Experiencing training in London  and Brainspotting Training in Poland , Serbia , Irland and international.

I am in regular supervision in all modalities I work with and I am in my own therapy.
