I have worked with energy healing modalities (Reiki, SKHM/Seichim), Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and NLP for over 20 years, alongside academic studies in Psychology (MSc) and Psychotherapy (ongoing postgraduate study/research). My experiences of supporting clients with trauma led me to explore further possibilities for resolution of both shock and complex trauma. I completed my Somatic Experiencing training in 2023, and continue to train in complementary methods such as Neuro-Affective Touch and Neuro Affective Relational Model. I work in private practice in central Scotland, from Tir na nOg Holistic Centre (between Glasgow and Stirling).
